The Avaya Partner History
From AT&T to Lucent Technologies to Avaya Communications, Avaya has continued the tradition of the Partner product line and kept investment protect alive with their Partner ACS family of solutions (Partner SOE aka Partner Small Office Edition and Partner ACS). Customer can reuse some of their older phone sets as well as packs with the newer Partner ACS processor.
The evolution of the Partner telephone set began with the Partner MLS series (MLS 6, MLS 12, MLS 12D, MLS 18, MLS 18D, and MLS 34D) and mirgrated to the Partner Eurostyle (now known as Series I) sets (Partner 6 Button, Partner 18, Partner 18D, and Partner 34D). With the new Partner ACS R7.0 the Series II phones with enhanced display as well as easier to use keys was rolled out.
